Wash Park Maps for Vendors

Each area in Wash Park has pros and cons that you should know about before signing up.
None of them are “bad”; if they were I wouldn’t offer it.
I have vendors who swear by each area and choose it every time.
It’s just a matter of what works for you.

These are the Sections: Outside Boathouse (Concrete), Inside Boathouse, and Lawn

Outside the Boathouse

  • most foot traffic (marginally)
  • easiest setup
  • shielded the most from wind
  • best for seasoned market professionals, not newbies
  • 5’x10′ spots are NOT allowed to have a 10’x10′ canopy, there is not space. 5’x10′ canopies, umbrellas, or some other creative solutions are welcome!

Inside the Boathouse

  • roofed structure, so no need for canopy tent
  • cooler temperatures (up to 10 degrees cooler) and lake views
  • marginally less foot traffic (however in hot months, this can shift)
  • many table-based spots that are cheaper
  • ramp you can use to wheel stuff in, for easy setup
  • protected from rain, more vulnerable to wind

The Lawn

  • slightly more picnic-y, laissez-faire vibe (but you still have to follow the rules)
  • ground is not 100% flat everywhere but wagons and clothing racks will roll properly and your spot will be shoppable
  • a little bit of foot traffic will come to you first before the concrete spots
  • 5’x10′ spots are NOT allowed to have a 10’x10′ canopy, there is not space. However one of the 5’x10′ spaces here is under a tree with good shade. 5’x10′ canopies, umbrellas, or some other creative solution are welcome!

There are Two Tiers, 1 and 2.
There are also Sponsor booths, that are Tier 1 if they are not sold to sponsors.
